We built this tool because we know that navigating child care benefits is complicated.
You don't need to be a child care expert to make a difference. This tool helps you identify a tailored approach for your organization to create lasting change for today's workforce and the workforce of the future.
The Employer Child Care Navigator is for employers that want to lead their industries with family-friendly workplaces.
Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC) is a nonprofit founded by business executives to directly engage with the business community on solutions that build the workforce of tomorrow while supporting the workforce of today. This includes direct work with employers to increase access to high-quality and affordable child care and early education, helping them attract and retain the best workforce while enabling families, children, and the economy to thrive. EPIC engages with employers and community partners as an experienced and neutral expert to help them explore, plan, and implement child care supports that are right-sized and sustainable. This helps ensure win-win-win solutions meet the needs of employers, employees, and local communities.

The Foundation anticipates, develops, and deploys solutions to challenges facing communities and works with business to provide practical solutions for wider adoption, participation, and engagement. In particular, the education initiatives unite business, policy, and community leaders and stakeholders to develop solutions in early childhood and K-12 education. The Foundation’s early childhood education initiatives address a two-generation workforce challenge: supporting today's workforce and preparing tomorrow's workforce.
Visit the U.S. Chamber of Commerce websiteTo strategically invest in child care benefits, you need to consider three key barriers for your employees:
The crux of the child care crisis is that there simply are not enough child care seats to go around. We believe it is our collective responsibility to increase child care supply, in whatever way we can contribute.
The math is simple: Parents need to earn more than child care costs. Alleviating this financial imbalance will allow parents to engage in the workforce as they choose.
Supporting families is the pathway to business success. Become a leader in company culture and reap the benefits of being the employer of choice in your community.
The Employer Child Care Navigator is committed to curating a directory of child care providers that offer solutions tailored to the needs of employers and their employees. Vendors included in this directory are not endorsed by EPIC or the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
